Elsa holds an Associate Degree in Early Childhood Education and brings more than 30 years of childcare experience to our home. She is certified in CPR/AED and trained in the Creative Curriculum® Gold and ASQ developmental assessment tools. Her vision — that every child should come first — is the heartbeat of everything we do.
